Blind Dave

Dave set himself a worldwide challenge to run seven marathons in seven days. Known as Blind Dave, he ran marathons in Brazil, the Falklands, Los Angeles, Sydney, Dubai and Tunisia, finishing his challenge by completing the London Marathon in a time of five hours and 23 minutes.

Dave was running with guide Malcolm Carr to raise money for Guide Dogs UK. The pair are among only four people to complete the challenge. The others are Sir Ranulph Fiennes and Dr Mike Stroud.

A truly inspirational man - Dave will deliver a fascinating insight - into his amazing achievement showing how life's obstacles can be met head on and overcome.
