To create an International Leadership conference for Chief Executive Officers which would challenge, motivate and inspire.
Time Frame :
Due to the fact that the Academy of Chief Executives were let down at the last minute, we had just 6 weeks to plan, organise and deliver the conference required.
Results :
The conference was a huge success - we were able to deliver on all fronts in the limited timeframe we were given.
